One Year Computer Service Contract
(Single Computer)

Once you purchase a service contract you become a preferred customer and become highest priority. You can contact us for repair up to two times per month for a full year for a single computer running the Windows operating system versions XP and newer. You will still be responsible for any parts we may have to replace, but receive instant support and vip status. We will keep your computer running worry free for a full year! You will receive a service contract in PDF format once you complete your purchase. This contract will be be in the name of the person who purchased the contract and will cover a single computer in a your home.

(Multiple Computers - up to four)

Once you purchase a service contract you become a preferred customer and become highest priority. You can contact us for repair up to two times per month for a full year for a multiple computers (up to four) in your home running the Windows operating system versions XP and newer. You will still be responsible for any parts we may have to replace, but receive instant support and vip status. We will keep your computers running worry free for a full year! You will receive a service contract in PDF format once you complete your purchase. This contract will be be in the name of the person who purchased the contract and will cover up to 4 computers in a single home.

On Site Repair and Pick-Up Scheduling

If you live in the Tyler area or close-by you may be eligible for this service. You must live in the Tyler or surrounding area and may be responsible for pick up and deliver charges. If you have a service contract with us we will waive charges for pick-ups within 20 miles of Tyler. To set up a time for us to stop by to look at your computer to diagnose any problems or to have us pick up your computer for repair please fill out the form below and include you contact information. One of our representatives will call you as soon as possible. Wait times will depend on work load but we will contact you as soon as we can.

Computer service rates
(business and after hour.)

The rates listed below are for the during business hours and after hours rates. Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM CST. The rate for business hours service calls is a minimum of $40.00 for the first hour and pro-rated for the second and subsequent hours. If after hour service calls are required they will be assessed at $60.00 per hour each of which is to be paid in advance by the customer. After hour rates are not pro-rated and you will be responsible for the hourly charge as each hour begins. There may be exceptions made at the discretion of the Tyler Computer Systems representative making the service call.
